This Privacy Policy explains how Supreme Coding, LLC ("Supreme Coding," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit supremecoding.com, use our software and apps, or receive calls or text messages sent through our systems on behalf of a business that uses our services.
Who we are
Supreme Coding, LLC is a software company based in Boynton Beach, Florida. Among other services, we provide AI phone and text assistants for home-service and other small businesses. These assistants answer calls and texts, give pricing, book appointments, confirm visits, and ask customers to review the business after the work is done.
When we handle calls and texts for a business, we do so on that business's behalf. The business decides who it contacts, and its own privacy policy also applies to the information it shares with us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, and message when you contact us, request a quote, or sign up for an account.
- Account and billing information for businesses that use our services, such as business details, users, settings, and payment records. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Customer information provided by businesses, such as a customer's name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the job, so we can call or text that customer for the business.
- Calls and text messages. When you call or text a number we operate for a business, or when our assistant contacts you, we receive your phone number and the content of the conversation. Calls may be recorded and transcribed, and texts are stored, so the business can follow up on your request and so we can provide and improve the service.
- Technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use our website or apps.
How we use information
- To provide our services: answering calls and texts, giving prices, booking and confirming appointments, connecting callers with the business, and sending review requests.
- To pass your request, booking, or message on to the business you contacted.
- To respond to you, provide support, and send account and service notices.
- To bill for our services and keep business records.
- To keep our services secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)

These messages are sent only to people who gave their phone number to the business, or who texted the business first.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming that you have opted out.

- Service providers that help us run our services, such as phone and text message carriers, AI voice and language providers, email delivery, payment processing, and hosting. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
